Tracking
Track the status of any DPD parcel directly from the Online Label Print portal.
Track from the order overview
- Go to Shipments → Overview
- Find the shipment by parcel number or reference
- Click the parcel number to open the tracking detail view
Track by parcel number
- Go to Tracking in the navigation menu
- Enter the DPD parcel number (e.g.
05305000123456) - Click Track
Tracking statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Order recorded | Shipment created, not yet picked up |
| Picked up | Parcel collected from your address |
| In transit | Parcel on its way through DPD network |
| At depot | Parcel arrived at destination depot |
| Out for delivery | Driver is delivering the parcel today |
| Delivered | Successfully delivered |
| Ready for pickup | Available at a DPD Parcel Shop |
| Delivery failed | Delivery attempt unsuccessful |
| Returned to sender | Parcel returned to you |
Tracking language
Tracking descriptions are shown in your account language. To change the language for a specific tracking request, append ?locale=de_CH (or fr_CH, it_CH, en_US) to the tracking URL.
