Tracking

Track the status of any DPD parcel directly from the Online Label Print portal.


Track from the order overview

  1. Go to Shipments → Overview
  2. Find the shipment by parcel number or reference
  3. Click the parcel number to open the tracking detail view

Track by parcel number

  1. Go to Tracking in the navigation menu
  2. Enter the DPD parcel number (e.g. 05305000123456)
  3. Click Track

Tracking statuses

Tracking language

Tracking descriptions are shown in your account language. To change the language for a specific tracking request, append ?locale=de_CH (or fr_CH, it_CH, en_US) to the tracking URL.
