Address Book
The address book lets you save frequently used sender and recipient addresses so you don't have to re-enter them for every shipment.
Accessing the address book
Go to Address Book in the main navigation menu.
Adding an address
- Click New Address
- Fill in the required fields:
- Name — company or person name (max 35 characters)
- Country — ISO country code (e.g. CH, DE, FR)
- ZIP / Postal code
- City
- Street
- Fill in optional fields as needed:
- Phone (required for GB destinations)
- Email (required for non-CH/LI destinations)
- Reference number
- Click Save

Using an address in a shipment
When creating a shipment, click the Address Book icon next to the sender or receiver fields to search and select a saved address. The fields are filled in automatically.
Managing addresses
| Action | How |

| Edit | Click the address, then Edit |
| Delete | Select the address and click Delete |
| Search | Use the search bar to find by name, city, or ZIP |
| Import | Import addresses from a CSV file via Import → CSV |
