Address Book

The address book lets you save frequently used sender and recipient addresses so you don't have to re-enter them for every shipment.


Accessing the address book

Go to Address Book in the main navigation menu.


Adding an address

  1. Click New Address
  2. Fill in the required fields:
    • Name — company or person name (max 35 characters)
    • Country — ISO country code (e.g. CH, DE, FR)
    • ZIP / Postal code
    • City
    • Street
  3. Fill in optional fields as needed:
    • Phone (required for GB destinations)
    • Email (required for non-CH/LI destinations)
    • Reference number
  4. Click Save

Using an address in a shipment

When creating a shipment, click the Address Book icon next to the sender or receiver fields to search and select a saved address. The fields are filled in automatically.
