Getting Started with Online Label Print
1. Log in
Open your browser and navigate to the Online Label Print portal URL provided by your DPD account manager.
Enter your username and password, then click Login.

If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the login page or contact DPD support.
2. Dashboard overview
After login you will see the main dashboard with the following areas:
| Area | Description |
|---|---|
| Navigation menu | Access all features: Shipments, Address Book, Reports, Settings |
| Quick create | Shortcut to start a new shipment immediately |
| Recent shipments | Your last 10 shipments with status |
| Notifications | System messages and important updates from DPD |
3. Configure your account
Before creating your first shipment, verify your settings:
- Go to Settings → My Account
- Confirm your invoicing number (required for all shipments)
- Set your default sender address
- Choose your preferred label format (A4 or A6)
- Set your default language for tracking messages
4. Create your first shipment

5. Print your first label
After creating a shipment, a PDF label is generated automatically. Click Download Label or Print Label directly from the shipment confirmation screen.
Make sure Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed and your printer is configured correctly before printing.
