Configure your printer

Desktop App only

Local printer configuration is a Desktop App feature. Online Label Print produces PDF labels that you download and print from your browser's print dialog.

  1. Go to Settings → Printing
  2. Select your printer from the list of installed Windows printers
  3. Choose the label format (A4 or A6)
  4. If using A4, set the default label position (1–4)
  5. Enable Auto-print if you want labels printed immediately on creation
  6. Click Save

Thermal printer setup (A6)

For thermal label printers:

  1. Install the printer driver from the manufacturer (Zebra, Citizen, TSC, etc.)
  2. Set the printer's paper size to 4 × 6 inches (A6) in Windows
  3. Configure the printer DPI to 203 dpi or 300 dpi (check your printer manual)
  4. In DPD Label Print Settings, select this printer and set format to A6

Automatic printing

When Auto-print is enabled, labels are sent to the configured printer immediately after a shipment is successfully created. No download step is required.

To reprint a label:

  1. Go to Shipments → Overview
  2. Find the shipment
  3. Click Print Label

Printing multiple labels on one A4 sheet

When printing several A4 labels, you can place up to 4 labels on a single sheet using the label start position setting:

PositionLocation on sheet
1Top-left
2Top-right
3Bottom-left
4Bottom-right

This reduces paper usage when printing small quantities.
