Create a Shipment
Shipment creation in the Desktop App works the same as in Online Label Print, with additional options for reference numbers, automatic printing, and batch imports from ERP systems.
Manual shipment creation
- Click New Shipment or use the Quick Create button
- Fill in the sender address (pre-filled from your pickup address configuration)
- Fill in the receiver address
- Enter parcel details (number of parcels, weight, service code)
- Add optional reference numbers (up to 4 custom reference fields)
- Click Create Shipment
The label is generated and — if automatic printing is enabled — sent directly to your configured printer.
Reference numbers
The Desktop App supports up to 4 custom reference fields per shipment:

You can later search shipments and track parcels using your own reference numbers.
Automatic label printing
Automatic label printing is a desktop-only feature. In Online Label Print, labels must be downloaded and printed manually.
To enable automatic printing:
- Go to Settings → Printing
- Select your printer (laser or thermal)
- Choose label format (A4 or A6)
- Enable Auto-print on shipment creation
Labels are sent directly to the printer when a shipment is successfully created — no manual download step required.
Batch import from ERP
Batch import from ERP systems is only available in the Desktop App.
