Homepage
After logging in, you will see the overview page of the application. This displays the option to create a shipment and the most recently created consignments.

If your user account has access to several pick-up addresses, you can check them in the top-right corner by clicking on the pick-up address.
The interface language is linked to your browser language. To change it, click on your name in the bottom-left corner of the page.
The Desktop App opens on this same page. Its navigation menu sits on the left:
| Area | Description |
|---|---|
| Navigation menu | Shipments, Pickup Orders, Addresses, Imports, Messages, Support, Settings |
| Quick create | Start a new shipment immediately |
| Recent shipments | The last 10 shipments with their status |
| Notifications | News from DPD and system messages |
Guided tour
The first time you open the page, a six-step tour starts automatically.

| Step | What it shows |
|---|---|
| 1 | An overview: shipments can be created, edited and cloned here |
| 2 | The sender address, and how to switch it if you have several pick-up addresses |
| 3 | The search field for narrowing down the shipment list |
| 4 | The status filter, and what the three shipment statuses mean |
| 5 | The manifest button, and how to export shipments |
| 6 | The + button for creating a shipment |
Step 4 explains the three shipment statuses: Created, while the details can still be edited; Printed, once the label is out and the data is on its way to DPD; and Sent, once DPD has received it.
Use the arrows to move between steps and ✔ to finish. Closing the tour with ✖ has the same effect — either way it will not start again by itself.

The tour is remembered in your browser, not in your account. Logging in from another computer or browser starts it once more.
Click Start Tour next to the page title to see it again.
