Services and Options
When you create a shipment, you choose one service (the DPD product) and, optionally, one additional option. This page lists every service and option, the weight limits for each, and which combinations are not allowed.
The list you see in the application is filtered by your customer configuration and your user access. A service or option that is not enabled for your account does not appear in the form, even if it is listed here.

How to read the weight columns
- Domestic means the recipient is in Switzerland or Liechtenstein; every other destination is international.
- Weights are per parcel. The minimum weight is greater than 0 kg.
B2B,B2BI,B2C,B2CI,PSDandSHOP2SHOPalso carry a small parcel band (up to 5 kg domestic, up to 3 kg international).
Additional Options
Options are chosen under Additional options in the service step. Only one additional option can be selected per shipment. The form offers only the options that are allowed for the selected service (see the last column of the services table).

Returns (option 2CRET) and DPD RETURN (service RET) are different things. The option adds return parcels to a normal outbound shipment; the service creates a pure return shipment where the label already shows you as the recipient.
