Pickup Orders

If you don't have an agreement for daily or weekly pick-ups, you can arrange the pick-up of your parcels on demand.

To create a pickup request, press the red + button at the top right.

If you have several pick-up addresses, be sure to choose the correct pick-up location.

Choose the day and the estimated number of parcels.

When you cannot create a pickup order​

The menu item is missing. On-demand pickups are enabled per customer account. If your company has a daily or weekly collection agreement, the Pickup Orders page is not shown at all.

The + button is grey. Two things switch it off, and neither is explained on screen:

  • All pickup addresses is selected in the top-right corner. A pickup order belongs to one address, so choose a specific one.
  • The selected pickup address is not active. Ask your administrator or DPD Customer Service to check it.

Some days cannot be chosen in the calendar. The earliest possible date is tomorrow; today and earlier are always closed. Beyond that, a day is greyed out when it is:

  • a non-working day for the pickup address's area, weekends and public holidays included
  • a day that already has a pickup order for the same address
  • for addresses abroad, a day that already has a collection request
